Chaotic Development provides a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (does not include shipping, handling and rush service fees) and the following limited warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

Limited Warranty on Chaotic Development Desktop Computer Systems

Chaotic Development warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for three years labor and one year parts from the original date of invoice. During this period, Chaotic Development will repair or replace defective parts with new or OEM parts at Chaotic Developments option, without charge to you. All original parts replaced by Chaotic Development become the property of Chaotic Development. You are responsible for the payment, for any service or repair made outside the scope of this limited warranty.

To obtain service under this warranty, please contact Technical Support, by calling 1-800-276-0433 or email support@chaoticdevelopment.com. Have the warranty number information available. This includes your name, date of purchase, and serial number of the product. The technical support staff will assist you in fixing the problem over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we will decide on the best course of action to complete customer satisfaction. Chaotic Development will not be responsible for damages to any components or loss of data involuntarily caused by products, under normal or abnormal use. The limited warranty also does not cover damage or defects that result due to shipping damage (other than the original shipment), improper installation or maintenance, misuse, neglect, or improper environment, repair, modification, adjustment or installation of options or parts not by an Chaotic Development employee, power surges, or other power issues. Chaotic Development will also not replace, repair or refund on any purchase if the item serial number does not match exactly with the original serial number when issued at purchase. When you are shipping your product back to us to be repaired or replace, do not include any computer accessories with your system. If you do provide such materials, Chaotic Development will not be held responsible for any missing accessories such as software, power adapters, keyboards, mouse, speakers, etc.

If your computer does need to be sent back to Chaotic Development an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued to your account. Any shipping costs 30 days (starting from the original date of purchase) on any item returned for repair are the customer’s responsibility. All returned parts must have a RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No Package will be accepted without a RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers valid for only 30 days from the date of issue.

Chaotic Development gives the customer the freedom to upgrade and/or modify his or her computer system. If you would like Chaotic Development to upgrade your system for you, you will responsible for shipping costs back and forth and a small labor fee.
ANY DAMAGE WILL DELAY THE RETURN OF YOUR COMPUTER
